The entire community! A healthy Downtown fosters economic growth
and civic pride. There was a time when Main Street was everyone's
neighborhood, the heart and soul of each community. In a very
real sense, Main Street symbolized a community's identity and
embodied its heritage. A revitalized Main Street can once again
